At NXT Level Training, we offer innovative skills programs designed to bridge gaps in expertise necessary for cultivating new entrepreneurs and highly skilled professionals. Our training empowers individuals to excel as sole proprietors, freelancers, consultants, or independent contractors, enhancing their value as service providers.

Graduates of our training programme’s will be able to offer the following:

  • A more flexible alternative to acquiring labour (through independent contracting)
  • Opportunity to revive and stimulate dying sectors (resulting in export related production output)

CORE DELIVERY OFFERING

LEARNERSHIPS

A learnership is a work-based learning programme that leads to an NQF registered qualification. Learnerships are directly related to an occupation or field of work. Learnerships are managed by Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs).

BURSARY FACILITATION

In the wake of the #feesmustfall movement in 2015 and 2016, NXT Level Training has highlighted the exposure of extreme high cost of tertiary education and the impact of financial stress it has on student success rate.

Y.E.S PROGRAMME IMPLEMENTATION

Y.E.S programme (YES) seeks out ground-breaking ways, through innovation, collaboration and technological best practice to create one million jobs for South Africa’s youth. YES is driven by business and supported by Government and Labour. The only way to build our economy is to get majority of South Africans actively participating in the economy

NON-CORE DELIVERY OFFERING

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT COMPLIANCE

According to South Africa’s skills development legislation, every employer who is registered with SARS for PAYE and who has an annual payroll in excess of R500 000, or 50 plus staff members is required to pay skill levies.

By complying with certain legal and procedural requirements, employers may claim up to 60% of their skills development levy (SDL) back from their Skills Education Training Authorities (SETA).

EMPLOYEE TAX INCENTIVE

Employment Tax Incentives encourages employers to hire young and less experienced work seekers.

It reduces an employer’s cost of hiring young people through a cost-sharing mechanism with government, while leaving the wage the employee receives unaffected.
